MAXIMUM PRINT SIZE: 2 meters x 1.50 meters x 1.50 meters in FDM technology. If the large part can be machined, we also offer plastic machining to those sizes, to save costs and delivery times.

Lowest market prices, guaranteed:

1. By having our factory automated using different software, we can greatly reduce printing costs.
2. In addition, if you or your company have contracted 3d printing services with another company, we will lower the price completely guaranteed.
3. If the budget that we give you, compares it with other companies and is higher, send us the budget of the other company and we will reduce the price at least for printing in FDM and RESIN

What technologies do we use?

Form 3 (LFS)

3D Printingo 3D printers use LFS (Low Force Stereolihography) technology that uses linear lighting and a flexible tank to convert liquid resin into solid pieces. A cutting-edge technology that can produce parts up to 3 or 4 times faster than its competitors, allowing parts to be printed in 3d with excellent mechanical properties, resolution and surface finish.

Mass production.
Isotropic properties.
High accuracy.
Fully functional parts.
Very varied high performance materials.

High surface quality
The printed parts, apart from having isotropic properties, have very good dimensional stability and the printing layers are not appreciated, with layer heights of up to 25 microns, perfect for making molds, for example.

Parts functionality
Our resins are very varied for different applications. We have technical resins such as our ABS resin or resins for the jewelry, dental or artistic sector.

Large production capacity
Our low-force stereolithography technology makes it possible to make parts with isotropic properties, just like injection molds, with the same surface quality, which allows creating short production runs without the need to invest in expensive molds.

Our work to the dental sector
At 3D Innovación we work very professionally in the dental sector. For this, we have 5 specialized resins with which we do the following:

Surgical Guide

It is a special biocompatible resin only for making surgical guides.

Dental LT Clear Resin:

Biocompatible and transparent long-term resin to make night splints and occlusal protectors.

Wax Resin:

A castable resin that has already been tested by dental experts, it is a highly precise material for casting and pressing crowns, bridges and RPDS. Castable wax resin provides precise sealed margins and contains 20% wax for reliable casting with clean wear. Printed patterns are strong enough to handle without the need for post-curing, allowing for a faster and simpler workflow.

Dental Model Resin:

A precise material for the fabrication of dental models and the production of clear aligners, which was specifically developed to meet the high precision and performance requirements of dental professionals. Print removable dies with sharp margins and contacts within ± 35 microns

Gray Resin:

With a matte surface finish, opaque appearance, and precise details, gray resin is used by all industries to 3D print strong and accurate models and prototypes.

MINGDA 6S LARGE (FDM):

The MINGDA 3d printers that we use are industrial machines capable of manufacturing with the most demanding thermoplastic materials to date and with a high surface and dimensional quality. In addition, we have large format printers to print pieces up to 2000x1500x1500mm.

Rapid prototyping.
Very low costs compared to traditional manufacturing methods.
Large print volume.
Material versatility.
Production of functional short series

Wide variety of materials and 2 print heads.
From PLA, a biodegradable thermoplastic, to nylon with carbon fiber or petg with carbon fiber, the versatility of materials with which we manufacture in 3D Innovacion is very high.

We choose the right material for each application, since each of them has different properties.

In addition, our two heads that printers have, allow printing with two materials at the same time, or with soluble support materials to make pieces with high dimensional and visual quality.
